Clearly collects information that you provide to us. Clearly also collects information from our third party affiliates, including audiologists, hearing aid dispensers and hearing aid manufacturers, about your referral, treatment options provided to you and audiogram results.

Clearly uses a tool called "Google Analytics" to collect information about use of this site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Clearly also may transfer this Personal Information, as well as other information collected on its Site, to outside contractors, auditors, consultants or others engaged by Clearly to assist in providing financial or operational activities on Clearly's behalf, including technical and processing services and analysis of Site performance.

Occasionally your Personal Information may be used for sending communications to you in relation to the services provided by Clearly. Clearly may also be in contact with you with regards to completing surveys and/or research questionnaires related to your opinion of current or potential future services that may be offered. All of the information that you provide to Clearly will be stored and processed in the United Kindom. While you may access our Site from a location outside of the United Kingdon, you agree not to transfer any of your information to us from outside the United Kingdon.
